Delivering formal talks to homeowners’ associations on stormwater pond management

Leading bird walks for community engagement and education

Advising landscape designers and architects on the benefits of native plants for biodiversity

Developing educational programming focused on birds and BioBlitz events

Introducing community members to citizen science platforms such as eBird and iNaturalist
As a biodiversity researcher, I find it critical to connect my research outcomes to the individuals and organizations that can apply them to management and conservation decisions.
